Hello and thank you for Visiting Us I Would like to tell you a bit about Us and what our expectations are as a family based company. Our primary goal is our customers ! 

Over the years we have witnessed customers viewed as dollar signs and jobs or as just a pay check this is not our     way of thinking ! Our customers are treated like family in every respect !


Customer appreciation : 

 Our customers are not dollar signs altho this is a living we take pride in treating our customers as part of the team striving for their satisfaction and confidence in our team! Word of mouth is important to us and continuing to have the backing of return customers and the new is of the utmost importance.

 


Communication:

Assuring that the highest percentage of phone calls from our customers and associates are not neglected is yet another priority on our agenda because the last thing anyone should have happen are conversations with a voice mail ! As we have all seen from time to time is that poor communication is a real issue.

If our customers have questions or concerns after hours of operations we want to hear about them so that we can quickly and accurately address them !

24 Hour Emergency Services:

As a Family based company we understand that difficult  things happen at impossible times so we offer this service seven days a week and in Extreme cases Holidays!  Again we treat our customers like family and would go to help in a situation on a holidays if  for our mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers.

Job site expectations and code of conduct :

- We expect our employees and subs to be kind and courteous at all times

- Daily clean up is a must

- All equipment packed up and organized daily

- Profanity is unacceptable

- Over all respect is our primary goal we treat our customers as well as our selves with respect  at all times !

Craftsmanship:

- Our employees as well as subs are required to uphold a level of quality as a condition of employment.

-Step by step completion of each task  at 100% and evaluated  before moving on to next step this

is very important to quality control.
